The job exists to provide technical support and maintenance of IT systems, infrastructure, and hardware.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To ensure an UpToDate network, hardware, and software.

• Derive a support network throughout the organization structure.

• Installing and configuring systems.

• Maintaining networks and servers.

• Providing user support.

• Hardware and software troubleshooting.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Honours Degree (or equivalent) in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• CompTIA, Cisco, Veeam Certification, and Vmware certification will be an added advantage.

• Networking basics and operating system knowledge.

• Customer service skills.
