Job Description
We are seeking a Graduate Intern/Office Orderly to join our team in Mutare, with possible travel to Chimanimani. This is a six-month internship reporting directly to the Program Manager. As a successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience and contribute to our team’s success.

• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Knowledge of setting up an online meeting
• Budgeting skills
• Hardworking
• Ability and availability to participate in evening meetings
Duties and Responsibilities
• Planning virtual and physical meetings
• Setting up virtual meetings on Zoom, Teams, Google meet, Whatsapp, etc
• Setting up and following up on appointments
• Attending meetings as and when necessary
• Recording meeting minutes and reporting on key takeaways from each meeting
• Recording project support visits and sharing key takeaways from support visits
• Planning costs for visits, workshops, events and coming up with budgets within the agreed framework
• Co-Facilitation of meetings and workshops
• Contribute to partner project support through logistical planning and support
• Contribute to programme fundraising and support
• Cashiering roles as and when requested
• Maintain a healthy and hygienic internal and external office environment
• Landscaping, ground maintenance and care
• Office orderly roles
• Any other duties
Qualifications and Experience
• A first degree or diploma or better in any of the following; Geography and Environmental Studies/ Agriculture/ Rural Development/ Agroecology/ Natural Resources /Disaster Management/Management/Business administration/ Accounting/ Logistics/ Office Management/ any other relevant fields.
• Post qualification experience is a pre-requisite but it is not a must.
