Our client a regional player in the field of FMCG in the Southern African Region. The company operates in several countries including Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi, South Africa, DRC, Mozambique and Botswana.
The position of National Sales Manager Modern Trade (RETAIL) is based in Harare overseeing the retail operation in Zimbabwe.
This is and exciting career opportunity to grow within the organisation. They are looking for a strong NSM who would be able to perform with minimum supervision.
Purpose of Role
Provide leadership and coordination of National Modern Trade sales functions. Implement effective go to market model for Zimbabwe Modern Trade. Monitor and analyse Modern Trade sales activity against goals to take appropriate corrective action on timely manner.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience needed in order to complete the role:
- Masters/Bachelor in Business Administration / Sales &Marketing
- Minimum experience 10 years managing Retail Key Account/ Modern Trade within FMCG Industry.
- Finance knowledge
- Working Knowledge of Customer Marketing
- Excellent communication skills
