Central Administration Department. Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the above positions that have arisen within the Central Administration Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Guard Council assets and premises from unauthorized access, damage, or theft, ensuring a safe and secure working environment.
- Enforcement of Norton Town Council by-laws.
- Attend court cases to provide witness testimony against offenders of Council by-laws.
- Provide secure escort services for cash-in-transit, to and from Council premises or other designated locations.
- Perform any other duties within the scope of this position that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 Ordinary Level passes including English
- Aged between 20 and 35 years.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in challenging environments. Should be able to run 10 km’s within 1 hr.
- Previous work experience in police or any security environment is an added advantage.
- No criminal record.
