Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Assistant:
  • Engage new customers.
  • Manage inventory.
  • Conduct stocktakes and prepare weekly sales reports.
  • Respond to customer enquiries about products and services.
  • Handle customer inquiries, problem resolution, and order support.
  • Sell products and services.
  • Process customer payments.
  • Update customer records electronically.
  • Receive and track customer orders.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve services.
  • Warehouse Clerk / Stores Assistant:
  • Monitor warehouse stock levels and trigger replenishment when stock reaches reorder levels.
  • Prepare and monitor stock records and stocktakes.
  • Monitor fast-moving inventory.
  • Assist in preparing the warehouse annual budget.
  • Provide estimates for raw materials and expendables.
  • Receive and record raw materials, uniforms and expendables from suppliers.
  • Verify quantities and quality of received materials.
  • Ensure proper storage, identification, handling and packaging of materials.
  • Issue supplies to branches, departments and production.
  • Ensure authorized re-issues of materials.
  • Assist in supervising warehouse staff.
  • Dispatch Supervisor:
  • Supervise daily dispatch operations.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules.
  • Work closely with production, sales and customers.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly dispatch reports.
  • Coordinate with the Quality Control section before deliveries.
  • Close completed job dockets.
  • Record daily output and maintain works registers.
  • Ensure efficient dispatch of jobs.
  • Supervise dispatch personnel.
  • Student Attaché (Finance):
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts and payment vouchers.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Track client payments.
  • Perform bank and cash reconciliations.
  • Reconcile supplier and customer accounts.
  • Balance petty cash.
  • Maintain financial filing systems.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly management reports.
  • Organize documents for internal and external audits.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Assistant:
  • Minimum of five (5) O’ Levels.
  • Diploma in Marketing Management or an equivalent qualification.
  • A Marketing Degree or Business Management Degree will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Product knowledge and patience.
  • Warehouse Clerk / Stores Assistant:
  • Minimum of five (5) O’ Levels including English Language and Mathematics.
  • Qualification in Stores, Warehousing or Distribution Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Good leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
  • Time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Dispatch Supervisor:
  • Minimum of five (5) O’ Levels including English Language.
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in dispatch, warehousing, logistics or distribution operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of stock control, inventory management and dispatch procedures.
  • Computer proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Student Attaché (Finance):
  • University Accounting or Finance undergraduate (Level 3.1).
  • Minimum of two (2) A’ Levels.
  • Minimum of five (5) O’ Levels including English Language and Mathematics.
