Ahoy! We’re on the lookout for a Multimedia Producer to join our crew and create standout photography, video, and digital media content. Reporting to the Head of Digital, the right matey will support content development, production, editing, and platform optimisation across campaigns, social media, web, and TV.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop multimedia concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and production plans.
- Plan and execute photography and video shoots.
- Edit photos and videos for digital, TV, web, and campaign use.
- Create short-form and long-form content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and web.
- Handle post-production, including colour grading, motion graphics, sound syncing, and platform-specific edits.
- Keep all content shipshape and aligned with brand standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in multimedia production.
- Strong photography, video production, and editing portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Audition, and CapCut.
- Knowledge of livestreaming tools such as OBS is an added advantage.
- Strong creative, organisational, and communication skills.
