Key Responsibilities
- Creative & Content Development: Collaborate with creative and digital team to define project scope, creative direction, and content concepts and objectives.
- Creative & Content Development: Research media trends, platform formats, and emerging content styles.
- Creative & Content Development: Conceptualise and develop multimedia content ideas with internal teams.
- Creative & Content Development: Create storyboards, shot lists, and production plans.
- Photography & Visual Content Production: Plan and execute professional photography shoots.
- Photography & Visual Content Production: Manage lighting, composition, and camera settings for high-quality output.
- Photography & Visual Content Production: Capture platform-optimised content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, web).
- Photography & Visual Content Production: Perform photo editing and retouching using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Video Production & Editing: Conduct filming, directing, and full-cycle video production.
- Video Production & Editing: Produce content for digital, TV, and campaign use.
- Video Production & Editing: Edit using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut, including: Colour correction and grading, Motion graphics and overlays, Sound design and syncing, Platform-specific edits.
- Video Production & Editing: Create both short-form and long-form TV content.
- Broadcast & Live Production: Support TV production and commercial development.
- Broadcast & Live Production: Manage livestream setups and troubleshooting.
- Broadcast & Live Production: Provide technical support during live events.
- Audio & Podcast Production: Record, edit, and produce podcasts and audio content.
- Audio & Podcast Production: Perform mixing and mastering using Adobe Audition or similar tools.
- Animation & Digital Media: Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.

- Post-Production & Optimisation: Edit and refine content based on feedback.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in multimedia production.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating photography, video, and editing skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Audition).
- Experience with social media content creation (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and livestreaming tools (e.g., OBS) is an advantage.
- Strong creative, organisational, and communication skills.
