Monitoring & Evaluation Officer – Department: Monitoring and Evaluation
Purpose: To strengthen accountability, transparency, and performance through effective M&E processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive M&E framework aligned with PPDPA Act
- Conduct assessments of procurement systems and compliance audits
- Lead M&E audits, data collection, and standardized reporting
- Document findings and recommend improvements
Requirements:
- Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, or Procurement
- Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience
- Professional affiliation in M&E or procurement
- Knowledge of Excel, SPSS, ACL, and data analysis tools
- Master’s degree is an added advantage
