Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) Officer
The primary function of the Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning Officer is to lead the projects monitoring and evaluation and learning efforts. The MEAL Officer will manage the data collection and analysis process for The Salvation Army’s Community Development & Projects Work.

Requirements
- Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation / Statistics / Development Studies
- 3 years Experience in programming, development and humanitarian work, with a specific focus on monitoring and evaluation
- In-depth working knowledge of computer based statistical packages including SPSS, Kobo Collect, CsPro, Epinfo and Excel and information dissemination software
- Previous experience in the health, education, resilience and WASH sectors desired
- Experience in participatory assessment, monitoring and evaluation, training and facilitation, data processing or analysis
