Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of the project M&E plan, results framework, and reporting systems aligned with GEF requirements.
- Develop and maintain M&E tools, templates, and reporting instruments.
- Manage and safeguard M&E data systems and records.

Requirements
- Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Development Studies, Statistics, Environmental Science, or related field.

- Strong expertise in results-based management, impact evaluation, and logical frameworks.
- Knowledge of Theory of Change approaches in environmental or climate-related programmes.
- Familiarity with GEF indicators and M&E guidelines.
- Ability to translate technical data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital M&E tools (e.g. KoboToolbox, Power BI) and geospatial analysis is an advantage.
