We work towards ensuring young people have unhindered access to Sexual Reproductive Health and Gender Based Violence prevention information & services in an environment free of stigma and discrimination. Our work currently covers four thematic areas which are Advancing Young People’s Sexual Reproductive Health And Rights; Sexual Gender Based Violence & Comprehensive Sexuality Education; Access To Adolescent And Youth-Friendly Sexual And Reproductive Health Services; Research & Advocacy.
Job Description
Coordinate data collection for all projects;
Consolidate project narrative reports;
Data cleaning and consolidation of project data reports;
Assist with filing of project documents;
Coordinate the carrying out of Monitoring and Evaluation activities which include Data Quality Audits, Monitoring Visits, Project Baselines, and Evaluations;
Attend strategic meetings and prepare departmental weekly work plans.
Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications
Degree in social science (sociology, development studies, economics,) or other relevant discipline.
Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation, training and facilitation, participatory assessment, data processing/analysis an added advantage.
Proven and demonstrated use of spreadsheets and IT statistical packages such as SPSS.
Excellent communications and writing skills.
