About the Role:
InnBucks MicroBank Limited is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Mobile Teller to facilitate onsite deposits and withdrawals via CIT vehicles. The role demands strong cash handling skills, adherence to AML regulations, and collaboration across departments to ensure smooth mobile banking services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform onsite cash deposits and withdrawals
• Handle cash securely to prevent loss or theft
• Maintain compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations
• Accurately capture transaction data into the core banking system
• Organize and file all transaction documentation
• Prepare daily transaction summaries
• Reconcile cash balances with bank statements before daily closing
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless mobile banking operations

Candidate Requirements:
Experience:

• Minimum 1 year banking experience as a teller

Qualifications:

• A relevant diploma (commercial diploma or degree an added advantage)

Skills:

• Strong cash handling experience and attention to detail
• Knowledge of banking operations and cash management
• Proficiency in banking software and core banking systems
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Employment Terms:

• 6-month contract
