Job Summary

Mixing and Bagging products in the plant.

Duties And Responsibilities

1. Comply accordingly with the ICRF book (Internal Control Reference framework) with specific emphasis on operations and production procedures;
   2. Perform pre-shift check- up daily according to standard operating procedure, making sure the Packer is functioning properly and there are no changes from the previous shift.
   3. Ensure that the weights are properly adjusted before bagging starts daily.
   4. Keep regular communication with the Mixing and Bagging Operator, and start up the packer after the Mixing and Bagging Operator has mixed the product.
   5. Pack the product being discharged from the mixer through the mixer following the standard operating procedure.
   6. Stack the product on pallets after packing according to the size of the pallets.
   7. Code all bagged products.

SHEQ
8. Housekeeping: ensure that the mixing and bagging packing section of the plant is properly swept and is clean at the start and end of every working shift;
9. Attend and participate in safety talks every working day in the morning at 7am;
10. SHEQ audits: inspect working place for any safety hazards and fill in the SHEQ audits forms. Unsafe acts and safe acts seen at the premises should be recorded in the SHEQ audits.
11. Any other duties as instructed by the Supervisor.

Qualifications And Experience

• Five O’ levels including English
  • Previous Heavy Industrial Plant experience will be an added advantage
