Karo Platinum Private Limited is preparing to commence mining operations on its lease in Ngezi in the coming months. As we move into this exciting phase of development, we are seeking experienced mining professionals with proven expertise in Zimbabwe’s platinum group metals (PGMs) sector. Successful candidates will play a key role in driving operational excellence and will work closely with our mining contractor to optimize production, resource management, and technical integration within a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.
MINING CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR
Manage and negotiate contracts with mining contractors, ensuring compliance and efficiency in procurement and performance auditing.

Degree in Quantity Surveying / Mining

Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in mining contracts management
