DESCRIPTION 

Are you an experienced Mining Professional interested in co-creating Mineral Resource Management & reconciliation improvements at Blanket Mine?
Reporting directly to the General Manager & advised by the Vice President Technical Services, this role is responsible for leading and influencing the cross-functional MRM processes of Blanket Mine. The candidate must be a competent person, experienced in compiling & signing off Technical Reports.
Key to this role is leading & skilling the multi-functional team to ensure appropriate management information systems, technical strategy, governance & resource conversion for Blanket Mine throughout the Life of Mine. Continual improvement & reconciliation are critical to aligning business performance with business strategy.

YOU WILL NEED

• Mining related qualification.
• Additional Mineral Resource Management or Planning qualification would be advantageous.
• Senior Managerial training or qualification.
• Registration with professional body.
• Minimum 8-10 years experience in an MRM function of which 5 years’ experience in team management & leadership.
• Experience & intricate knowledge of all MRM functions.
• Experience as Competent Person, compiling & signing off R&R statements or similar reports.
• Proven track record of enabling teams & system integration.
• Experience of implementing & operating in a fully electronic/digital operating environment.
