KARO
Karo Platinum Private Limited is preparing to commence mining operations on its lease in Ngezi in the coming months. As we move into this exciting phase of development, we are seeking experienced mining professionals with proven expertise in Zimbabwe’s platinum group metals (PGMs) sector. Successful candidates will play a key role in driving operational excellence and will work closely with our mining contractor to optimize production, resource management, and technical integration within a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.
MINE MANAGER
Lead holistic mine operations, integrating safety, production and contractor collaboration for optimized PGM extraction.

Mining Engineering Degree or related

Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in PGMs mining leadership, with proven expertise in contract mining and operations optimization

International experience desired
