Duties And Responsibilities
• Liquidity Risk Management:
• Assess the bank’s ability to honour obligations & alert potential treats and mitigatory strategies.
• Foreign Exchange Risk Management: Assess overall currency exposures of the Bank.
• Interest Rate Risk Management:
• Assess yields and costs on assets & liabilities respectively.
• Balance Sheet Management:
• Assess risk factors related to bank’s assets, liabilities, and Off Balance sheet positions.
• Monitor balance sheet structure against set policy limits and bank strategy and flag any deviations.
• Operational Risk Management:
• Compliance checks on deals/transactions and market Ask related limits.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Produce the monthly ALCO report for review.
Qualifications And Experience
• A Bachelors Degree in Banking / Risk Management or an equivalent Commerce Degree.
• CA or related certification.
• 5 Years Work Experience in Market Risk Management
• Exceptional analytical and research skills.
• Digital Proficiency.
