A vibrant and growing Microfinance based in Harare seeks to recruit a focused and self-motivated individual to fill the position of General Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITY
Overseeing the Microfinance functioning with respect to sales and profit targets, operations, business development, systems, people management and processes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
​Crafting Business Strategy, Plans and Budgets
​Microfinance operating policies, procedures and controls
​Sales and Profitability Strategies and Efforts
​Customer liaison and service
​Marketing and Promotions plans, and budgets
​People management

Qualifications and Experience

QUALIFICATIONS
​Degree in Banking / Finance / or related qualification
​5 years experience in Banking Sector at Senior Managerial level
​Experience with e-commerce is essential
​Excellent customer service and people management skills
