A medium sized company in the gold mining industry is looking for qualified and competent candidates for the following positions:
- Metallurgist
Job Description
• Monitors, optimises, and improves process parameters for the processing plant.
• Monitors plant operational efficiencies and effectiveness and offers solutions for technical problems to achieve business objectives.
• Benchmarks test works for trouble shooting.
• Coordinates scheduled preventive maintenance of equipment to meet set availabilities.
• Ensures adherence to OHS protocols in the Plant Department.
Minimum Qualifications and experience
• Degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering
• At least three years’ experience in gold
mining.
