Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced personnel to fill the above-mentioned position within the Operations Department. The incumbent will report to the Production Superintendent and will be based at Belmont in Bulawayo.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
➢ 5 ‘O’ level subjects
➢ Clean class 2 driver’s license
➢ Defensive driving certificate
➢ At least 2 years driving experience

SUMMARY OF DUTIES
➢ Securely collects and delivers packages, documents, written and verbal messages
and other items in a timely manner.
➢ Runs business errands for all departments i.e. banking, shopping and mail
delivery.
➢ Manages incoming mail in a professional and timely manner.
➢ Drives workstation pool car and other company vehicles when authorized.
➢ Carries out vehicle checks from time to time.
➢ Ensures the pool car is licensed and serviced on time.
➢ Takes vehicle for repair and servicing.
➢ Maintains accurate records of delivered mail, documents and items including
tracking time of and parties to the delivery.
➢ Cleans the pool car regularly.
➢ Transports staff to and from work station.
➢ Adheres to safety, health and environment regulations.
➢ Performs any other work-related duties as assigned by the Superior.
