Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control all project materials, tools, and equipment.
- Receive, inspect, record, and issue materials according to project requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reports.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests.
- Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials.
- Coordinate with procurement, site supervisors, and project management teams.
- Prepare material usage reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in materials management, preferably in construction or mining projects.
- Knowledge of inventory control systems and documentation.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge in Chinese language is an added advantage.
- Experience in working internationally is also an added advantage.
