Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and control all project materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Receive, inspect, record, and issue materials according to project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reports.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests.
  • Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials.
  • Coordinate with procurement, site supervisors, and project management teams.
  • Prepare material usage reports and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in materials management, preferably in construction or mining projects.
  • Knowledge of inventory control systems and documentation.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
