Our client in the Hardware industry is looking for an experienced sales and marketing officer to join their dynamic team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing out-of-the-box marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reach.
Handle customer complaints and ensure that all challenges are dealt with swiftly to prevent further incidents from occurring.
Conduct daily meetings with staff to align goals and prioritize the day’s activities.
Routing and planning of deliveries to ensure maximum efficiency.
Market Research and competitor intelligence.

Coordinating marketing activity within the company.
Promoting products and services / building long-term commercial relationships.
Identifying and meeting customer needs within your allotted sales territory.
Maintaining good after-sales relationships.
Keeping records of customer appointments and completed sales.
Providing detailed information on the products you will be selling.
