DESCRIPTION 

Applications are being accepted for suitable and interested persons who will be responsible for the Matabeleland catchment.
The Incumbent will be reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. The Marketing Rep will be based in Bulawayo

RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent shall be responsible for the following:
• Prepare, plan, and host CPD points training, and journal clubs’ meetings as dictated by market needs with the approval of management, and follow up on such meetings.
• Attend medical conferences and represent the organization at such meetings
• Have thorough product knowledge
• Identify customers of the business and convert new customers
• Identify competitor products and have knowledge of such products, prices, and deals and communicate that information to team members and management.
• Handle a range of customer complaints and relay these to the Marketing Manager
• Identify a response in a timely manner to customer needs.
• Develop customer needs and relationships
• Implement specific sales techniques to generate sales
• Be a pro-active, self-starting, representative that follows through with projects to completion without the need of reminders
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Preparing weekly/monthly reports as requested by the manager

Requirements
A Marketing degree/ Pharmacy Technician / Dispensary Assistant qualification is a must.
At least 2 years experience working as a pharmaceutical marketing representative.
A clean driver’s license
A clean police clearance record.
