DUTIES
Assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies to defend and ensure revenue growth across the business
Assisting in the development and management of the annual marketing plan and budget
Developing communication strategies to drive key product sales
Actively identifying and understanding emerging marketing platforms. tools and trends and offer recommendations
Establishing brand awareness and engagement benchmarks. performance goals and ensuring the business stays up to date on tracking relevant KPIs
Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines on all marketing related material

Developing and implementing creative solutions to drive awareness. traffic to various platforms and brand affinity
Overseeing the writing and production et ell marketing briefs and collaborating with advertising agencies
Assisting in the planning and coordination of all corporate events
Overseeing production and deployment of marketing material
Planning and executing all exhibitions and leading generation initiatives
Liaising with the research team to gather customer insights for product development and provide input to product development team

REQUIREMENTS
A Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent
A master’s degree is an added advantage
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
A Digital Marketing Qualification

A certificate in Events Management and / or demonstration of ability to plan and successfully host various types of events
Be an articulate and effective communicator across all levels of business
Self-motivated and able to deliver results with minimal supervision
Be energized. innovative. and consistent in delivery with a positive attitude
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively as port of a team
