Marketing Officer – Zimbabwe National Water Authority (ZINWA) 120 views

The Zimbabwe National Water Authority (ZINWA) is inviting applications from suitably qualified, mature, honest and substantially experienced persons for appointment to the above challenging position which has arisen in the Organization. The applicant will be based at Head Office, Harare and reporting to the Corporate Communications & Marketing Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

i. Implementing ZINWA’s marketing mix
ii. Developing and implementing strategies that make the ZINWA brand visible
iii. Building and maintaining relationships with clients
iv. Selling of ZINWA products
v. Preparing annual marketing plans
vi. Planning exhibitions, promotions and other marketing activities and events
vii. Leading a team of customer services focal persons and call centre agents
viii. Measuring and reporting the performance of marketing campaigns and metrics
ix. Developing marketing materials

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

i. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
ii. Professional Marketing qualifying such as CIM or IMM Diploma
iii. Digital Marketing experience
iv. Clean Class 4 Drivers’ Licence
v. At least 3 years post qualification experience
vi Excellent written and verbal communication skills
vii. Proven experience in developing marketing plans and campaign
