Person Specification

Applicants should possess at least a Degree in Marketing/ Business / Corporate Communications or equivalent from a recognised University. The incumbent must be computer literate and versatile in the use of New Media Technologies. Working experience in a Radio Broadcasting marketing environment would be an added advantage.

The Marketing Officer would be reporting to the Dean, School of Art and Design through the Station Manager.

• Preparing, planning and managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand visibility.
• Creating innovative ways to communicate the company message to new and existing customers.
• Developing a marketing plan that grows the station’s annual sales.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing plans.
• Analyzing and monitoring market trends in order to satisfy customer needs.
• Develop marketing policies that promote products in line with best practice
