Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our team.
Duties And Responsibilities
• Deliver product knowledge to customers through effective communication to increase consumer understanding and product sales
• Promote and up-sell product to maximize sales opportunities.
• Conduct site visits to generate more leads and sales
• Visit existing and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services. Handle incoming walk-in customers, phone calls, appointments and messages.
• Address customer’ needs and concerns efficiently and effectively
• Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention. Provide constructive feedback on sales, customers and product
• Produce product and customers analysis report monthly
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Qualifications And Experience
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience in Sales
- Experience medical aids an added advantage
- Knowledge of government tenders an added advantage
- Class 4 Drivers license
- At least 25years of age
- Ability to work without supervision
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to communicate effectively
- Traceable references
