An exciting opportunity has arisen for suitably qualified and self-driven individuals in a leading diversified conglomerate for the position of Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business performance through the development and monitoring of the effective implementation of business development activities by researching, developing, and delivering marketing strategies, and planning and implementing sales activities. The incumbent must demonstrate the ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate results from both online and traditional marketing, to satisfy stakeholder needs and expectations.

• Developing and implementing the Sales & Marketing Strategies and Budgets

• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting to extract key insights for future market development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations.

• Liaising with clients regarding the conceptualization, design, and production of promotional materials, identifying and selecting promotional and advertising options, and disseminating such promotional materials in line with the objectives of the marketing campaigns.

• Conduct ongoing stakeholder engagements and consider appropriate Corporate Social Responsibility activities that help advance the brand of the organization.

• Ensure that marketing campaigns are effectively and efficiently executed in that the overall objectives are achieved, deadlines are met, and budgets are managed effectively

• Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.

• Plan and implement an annual marketing plan; regularly update the executive team on the progress.

• Create good working relationships with all relevant stakeholders and ensure that organizations interests form the basis of ongoing stakeholder engagements.

• Communicate with staff daily on the staff’s individual goals, and other key performance indicators such as gross profit margins, customer satisfaction, and other key information to help drive productivity.

• Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/ Administration,

• Full IMM qualification & Professional Membership with the Marketers Association.

• 5 years’ experience at a senior level

• Experience in working with executives and board of directors providing professional, accurate, and strategic advice
