Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and implements the group’s marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Leads the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email and traditional platforms.
- Manages and strengthens the company brand identity and positioning across all marketing channels.
- Oversees customer relations strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention and engagement.
- Utilises CRM systems to track customer interactions, manage leads and improve sales pipelines.
- Analyses market trends, customer insights and campaign performance to optimise marketing activities.
- Collaborates with sales and other departments to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Manages the marketing budget and ensures effective return on investment (ROI) on campaigns.
- Leads and develops the marketing team, ensuring high performance and creativity.
- Monitors marketing performance metrics and reports insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Customer Relations or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing environment.
- Proven experience leading marketing teams and managing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing and CRM systems.
- Ability to analyse market data and customer insights to inform strategy.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, planning and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
