Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill in the above position that has arisen in the Marketing and Sales Department at Pockets Hill.

Key Result Areas:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the incumbents will be responsible for the following among others:
* Develop periodic sales plans.
* Participate in developing Marketing and Sales Strategies.
* Selling advertising space and sponsorships across all ZBC channels.
* Prospect and secure new clients from diverse sectors.
* Grow and maintain existing client relationships.
* Prepare proposals, contracts, and campaign schedules.
* Coordinate campaign delivery and ensure compliance with broadcasting standards.
* Represent ZBC at events to generate leads.
* Assist with collections and produce regular sales reports.
* Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

The Person:

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and attributes:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
* IMMT / CIM Diploma is an added advantage.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing and sales.
* Driver’s License is a requirement.
* Strong creativity, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
* Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
