Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing branch-level and national marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Help coordinate in-store promotions, branding materials, and product displays.
• Collect and compile customer feedback and sales data for analysis.
• Support social media and digital marketing activities as guided by the Management.
• Assist in preparing basic marketing reports, summaries, and presentations.
• Help maintain and update marketing records, files, and databases.
• Liaise with branches to ensure promotional materials are correctly displayed and up to date.
• Participate in market research activities, competitor checks, and price surveys.
• Improve upselling skills.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.

Requirements

• Recently completed a Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• 1-2 years’ experience.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Canvas, Photoshop).
• Driver’s license is an added advantage.
• Understanding of marketing principles, branding, and customer service.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
• Professional conduct and strong ethical standards.
• Exposure to branch operations, marketing campaigns, and head office functions.
