The successful candidate will support marketing planning and execution, brand management, market research and stakeholder engagement to strengthen brand visibility and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions and events.
  • Assist in brand management and marketing communications to ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities and gather customer insights to support marketing decisions.
  • Coordinate marketing materials and promotional activities across sales teams and relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, agencies, internal teams and external partners.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track budgets and prepare marketing reports.
  • Support the coordination of multiple marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related qualification.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing or a similar role.
  • Good understanding of marketing principles, brand promotion, campaign execution and event management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyse trends and interpret data to provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent organisational, coordination and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
