Key Responsibilities
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Manages day-to-day social media activities across various platforms
- Creates and schedules engaging content for social media and digital channels
- Monitors social media accounts and responds to customer inquiries and comments
- Supports the creation of marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and promotional content
- Maintains content calendars and ensures timely publication of content
- Collects and analyzes social media and marketing performance data
- Conducs market research and monitors industry trends
- Coordinates marketing events, activations, and brand awareness initiatives
- Supports lead generation and customer engagement efforts
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, social media, or a related role
- Good understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter)
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and passionate about digital marketing and content creation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital marketing tools
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Photography, videography, and content editing skills are an added advantage
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced marketing environment
