Job Summary
To be a brand ambassador who will be pushing the brand into new and existing markets.
Duties And Responsibilities
• Prepare, plan and host CPD points training, and journal clubs’ meetings as dictated by market needs with approval of management, and follow up on such meetings.
• Attend medical conferences and represent the organziation at such meetings
• Have thorough product knowledge
• Identify customers of the business and convert new customers
• Identify competitor products and have knowledge of such products, prices, deals and communication that information to team members and management.
• Handle a range of customer complaints and relay these to the marketing Manager
• Identify a respond in a timely manner to customer needs.
• Develop customer needs and relationships
• Implement specific sales techniques to generate sales
• Be a pro-active, self-starting, representative that follows through with projects to completion without need of reminders
• Prepare, create and order relevant marketing materials for products.
• Travel outside duty station promoting products and building relationships
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets
Qualifications And Experience
A certificate in Dispensing/Pharmacy Technology
Degree in Biochemistry/Applied Chemistry/Marketing will also be considered
Atleast 2 years working eperience in a similar position working in the pharmaceutical industry.
A clean class 4 drivers’ licence
