KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct market research and analyse trends, customer preferences, and industry developments.

• Monitor and report on key activity and macroeconomic indicators.

• Identify emerging opportunities and threats in the business environment.

• Prepare detailed market intelligence reports and dashboards for management.

• Collaborate with strategy, sales, and other HODs to support data-driven planning.
