• Ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, maintains strong governance practices, and upholds ethical standards.
• Fosters a top-class work culture.
• Defines targets and responsibilities for managers and develops succession plans.
• Oversees day-to-day operations, implements robust risk management frameworks, and drives key performance indicators.
Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in
Finance.
• MBA will be an added advantage.
• Professional certifications such as Executive
Certificate in Microfinance.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in microfinance, 5 of which should be at an Executive or Senior Managerial role.
• Sound knowledge of Micro
Finance Operations.
