MANAGING DIRECTOR – Defu Zimbabwe Private Limited

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Industry Experience: 8–10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a middle-to-senior management role within an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or a Tier-1 automotive supplier.
• Proven Track Record: Experience managing high-volume production lines and successful product launches (SOP – Start of Production).
