DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Management and Budgeting
- Sectional Budgeting and Cost Management
- Communication and Representations
- Program supervision
- Developing standardised research methods and tools for collecting gender segregated data and gender equality reporting, monitoring and evaluation;
- Conduct the review of Research and Programming procedures by analysing the internal and external environment in which the organisation is operating
- Develop comprehensive monthly reports to the Director with comments on the overall performance of the department so as to assist in proper decision making.
- Set and agree on all process performance indicators with the Director and all team members to ensure that all processes are being conducted at the required level of performance.
- Identification of training needs and recommend for input into training plans to ensure improved performance as well as business continuity through training as well as provide direction to subordinates.
Education and qualifications
- Degree in Social Sciences, Gender Studies
- Masters in Developmental Studies, Gender Studies
Experience
- 5-7 years relevant work experience including 3 years at managerial level.
