Key Responsibilities
- Planning execution strategy for adherence to anti-corruption laws, policies, and regulations in public and private institutions.
- Designing of strategies for establishment/capacitation of integrity committees and signing of integrity pledges.
- Reviewing compliance draft report and implementation matrix.
- Reviewing the compliance check draft implementation matrix.
- Reviewing of draft systems and processes review report and implementation matrix.
- Monitoring progress on implementation of recommendations on assessed institutions.
- Reviewing operational systems, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements for public and private institutions.
- Developing execution strategy for monitoring institutions and government funded projects.
- Reviewing the monitoring draft report.
- Developing strategy to ensure capacitation of integrity committees.
- Evaluating effectiveness of the capacitation workshops.
- Leading development of risk mitigation controls within systems and processes.
- Supervising implementation of risk mitigation controls within systems and processes.
- Leading tracking of compliance Key Performance Indicators for public and private institutions and initiate corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Tracking progress on government funded projects.
- Leading continuous process improvements and promote best practices within public and private institutions.
- Supervising officers within the unit.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Governance, Economics, Business Management, or equivalent.
- At least five (5) years relevant progressive working experience.
