Position: MANAGER
Job Summary: Castlehawk Security is looking for a dynamic and experienced manager to oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction across all our sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate departments to deliver top-level performance.
- Manage client relationships and ensure contractual compliance.
- Coordinate with departments on training, logistics, and compliance.
- Prepare reports, budgets, and ensure adherence to company policies
- Oversee day to day business
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a management role within a security company
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Knowledge of security systems, operations, and relevant regulations
