Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business process enhancements and business and system requirements.
- Ensuring the development of accurate and detailed process models, system designs, and technical specifications.
- Reviewing and recommending deliverables, including requirements documents, process flows, user stories, and test plans.
- Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Business Analysts, Systems Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Technology Adoption Engineers.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Professional certifications in business analysis such as CBAP or CCBA, Agile methodologies such as CSM, PSM or PMI-ACP, or project management such as PMP are highly desirable.
- A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in IT, with at least 2-4 years in a management or leadership role.
- Extensive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, software development lifecycle, and Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
