MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT – FMCG Industry 199 views

Our client, a supplier of different food products is looking for Management Accountant to join their dynamic team. At with at least 2years in a similar role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent will be responsible for developing and maintaining the cost accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
Analyse costs and recommend cost savings across the organisation.
Reconcile theoretical Gross Profit and COS to actual performance monthly.
Ensure all inventory is correctly costed across the organisation.
Supervise and manage the entire stock take process across the organisation.

Conduct random inventory checks across the organisation.
Ensuring all stock variances are investigated and addressed accordingly.
Ensure accuracy of inventory held in the system at all times.
Ensure the organisation’s profit aspirations are met through correct pricing of products.
Assisting in month-end and year-end closing.

Analytical Thinker
Meticulous.
Team player.

Qualifications

Degree in accounting. Professional qualifications like CIMA/ ACCA and added advantage.
