About the Role
UTCO Zimbabwe, a respected utilities company, is recruiting a qualified and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance and installation of critical systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement planned maintenance for all company and client installations

Design and implement new utility products and services
-
Install and manage Water Treatment, Electrical, and Solar PV systems
-
Supervise, commission, and maintain utility installations
-
Prepare and submit proposals, including RFQ responses
-
Coordinate and oversee refuse collection programs
-
Compile operational reports and log customer feedback
-
Ensure work compliance with health, safety, and SHEQ regulations
Qualifications and Attributes
-
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
-
Knowledge of PV Solar Systems, Water Engineering, and Project Management (advantageous)

Familiarity with SHEQ Legal Requirements and Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
