Applications are invited for the MAINTENANCE ADMINISTRATOR position within Baker’s Inn Manufacturing – Northern Region, Harare.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update maintenance schedules, job cards, and service records.
- Coordinate planned and preventative maintenance activities.
- Track and monitor maintenance budgets, costs, and spare parts inventory.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Capture and report on equipment breakdowns and maintenance performance metrics.
- Assist in procurement processes for maintenance-related materials and services.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational standards.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a maintenance or administrative support role (preferably in manufacturing or FMCG).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A qualified artisan certification will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
