Key Responsibilities
- Joining panels to form garments using seams in a production line;
- Ensuring quality specifications are adhered to as per client request;
- Reporting fabrics or trims defects to immediate supervisor promptly;
- Time management and target focused;
- Following clothing industry rules and regulations according to SI 1 of 1999; and
- Performing any other duties as assigned by factory management and immediate supervisor.
Requirements
- Clothing industry service card or reference;
- Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Clothing related fields is an added advantage; and
- Proven minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Machinist in a reputable firm in the clothing industry is a must.
