JOB SUMMARY
This position reports to Production Foreperson
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Sorting confidential materials
Packaging of confidential materials
Quality checking of confidential material before dispatch
Loading finished materials and ready for dispatch
Ensures that satisfactory work has been done by monitoring machine output
Ensures that quality products are printed
Check condition and quality of paper before loading to ensure that products are printed on quality paper thus providing quality service to the customer.
Collect raw materials from stores e.g. ink, solvents and paper to ensure that there is enough stock to get the job done properly.
Record all raw materials that have been used to account for organizational materials and for accurate record keeping.
Ensure general cleanliness of workstation to provide a clean working environment and to create an accident free environment.
The incumbent is trained by Machine operator on how to effectively and efficiently use the machines to ensure for their smooth running and increased productivity.
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Supervisor
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Have passion and willing to learn new production processes in a security printing environment.
At least two (2) A-Level passes or studying towards any Degree.
Physically Fit person and punctual towards work.
Prepared to do shift work day and at Night
Should have listening skills and be able to carry out instructions.
Be able to work under pressure.
Should be a resident of Norton. (An original utility bill bearing a Norton residential address should be attached to the application letter)
