About the Role
Isteel and Pump Solutions is seeking an experienced and skilled Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical Power Engineering and extensive hands-on experience in operating and maintaining industrial machinery.
Key Responsibilities

Set up, calibrate, and operate machinery to meet production specifications.

Monitor machine performance to ensure efficiency and accuracy during operations.

Identify and report malfunctions or operational irregularities promptly.

Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to ensure machine longevity.

Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production flow.

Maintain production logs and report operational data to supervisors.
Candidate Profile

Diploma in Electrical Power Engineering (mandatory).

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a machine operation role, particularly with industrial equipment.

Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine maintenance procedures.

High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Ability to follow technical instructions and work independently or collaboratively within a team.
