VACANCY 

Our Client, within the petroleum sector in Zimbabwe, is looking for an experienced Retail manager, specifically with experience with LP Gas to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing and managing merchandise sales and logistics.
Monitor and order inventory of LP gas in relation to demand.
Resolve customer complaints while adhering to company policies.
Compile reports on customer interaction and inventory changes.
Network enlargement with suppliers and consumers.
Adjustment of LP gas prices in relation to market changes.
Ensure that storage and dispensing of gas meets environmental and government regulations.
Ensure that pumps and storage tanks are maintained and run efficiently.
Monitoring attendants on the gas floors.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum educational requirement for retail. Higher School Diploma or equivalent.
Degree in procurement and logistics would be advantageous.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience within the industry.
Demonstrated ability of delegation and management of a team within employment career.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and daily report submission.
Candidate should be trustworthy, analytical and well-articulated.
