Key Responsibilities
- Training all Loss Control Assistants in drill movements, physical education, unarmed defence tactics, first aid and weaponry.
- Maintaining a daily duty roster of Loss Control Assistants and ensuring all strategic points are effectively manned.
- Participating in and supervising Loss Control Assistant operations.
- Generating timely reports and recommending mitigation measures to influence organisational culture in support of the Departmental mandate.
- Supervising impromptu visits, spot checks and loss control audits.
- Conducting preliminary investigations.
- Ensuring accurate and well-informed incident reports are prepared by Loss Control Assistants.
Requirements
- A Diploma in Risk/Security Management, Law, Criminology, Police and Security Studies or equivalent.
- 5 O’ Levels including English Language.
- 4 years’ experience in loss control/security operations.
- Clean Class 4 driver’s licence.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good report writing and interviewing skills.
