Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance and enforcement of Council By-Laws, Resolution and Directives
- Assists in the formulation and preparation of Loss Control and Security Risk Management Initiatives within Council.
- Assists in carrying out Investigations for all cases involving employees.
- Promotes Security and Risk Control Awareness i.e. crime prevention and awareness campaigns.
- Checks on enforcement of controls in Council
- Supervision of the loss control section of the Council
- Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements
- 3 years’ experience in a similar position preferably in the Public Sector
- Diploma in Security Management / Loss Prevention / Police Studies or equivalent
- A higher qualification is an added advantage
- Class 4 Driver’s Licence is an added advantage
- ZRP, ZPCS experience is a distinct advantage
- At least 35 years and mature
